The most beautiful hotel I have stayed in to date. The view from the patio was gorgeous, and the details of the lodge were incredible. The price was a bit steep, but I do believe it was worth it! The staff is super friendly and are very helpful if its your first time at the lodge. The location is right next to the river and a bunch of food options are located inside and up to a five minute walk away.

We had a great stay at the Lodge at Columbia Point! It's a beautiful hotel and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. We stayed in a suite on the mountain side, and it was very spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfy. If you are staying for a special occasion and want to stick to your room for good views, the river side is probably most ideal, but the value of the mountain side was perfect for us because we were busy with wedding festivities for most of the weekend, so it was more of a landing spot for us (and a very comfortable one, at that). There is a really lovely paved walking path on the river side of the hotel that offers great views for morning and evening strolls. The small touches in the room were so nice-- matching robes and slippers, full length mirror, magnifying mirror, two suitcase holders, ample closet and drawer space, bottles of wine and a nice snack spread for additional purchase in the room if you'd like, etc. I also enjoyed a great massage at the spa conviently located on site one of the mornings of our stay. We didn't eat at Drumheller's, but we did get drinks at the bar one afternoon to enjoy on the patio, and my mocktail was phenomenal! We rented a car for our trip, and parking was free and simple-- lots of spaces, no hassle. I highly recommend this hotel, and hope we can return again one day!

Beautiful property with truly outstanding service. The rooms were lovely, with gorgeous river views and incredible soaking tubs that made the stay extra relaxing. The food was excellent — both in the restaurant and through room service. What stood out most was the professionalism and exceptional customer care. The staff were incredibly kind, patient, and attentive, going above and beyond to make the experience comfortable and welcoming. I genuinely felt at home during my stay

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Came for business with my husband. Checking in was a breeze — the staff were friendly and even offered fresh-baked cookies. We stayed in the Grand Cru Riverfront King, and wow — what a room! High ceilings, a balcony with beautiful river views, and an amazing shower. The bed was ridiculously comfortable, and the fireplace added just the right cozy vibe. Honestly, I considered moving in permanently. If you’re looking for relaxation with a splash of indulgence, this place absolutely delivers. 100% will be back again!

This was a last minute book, but we decided to stay here as a treat to ourselves. The front desk was friendly, the room was nice and clean. We had a mountain view. I think it would be a nice place to stay for longer than a night. We would stay here again

First time to Richland. On a road trip to Coeur d’Alene, and this was a good stopover point. Ended up staying while coming and going, and was impressed with the facilities, the staff, and the area in general. Ate both dinner and breakfast in the hotel restaurant, which was good, and met some local ladies having a birthday party night at the hotel. If it was the lodging/dining choice of local residents, that says a lot. Will be back one of these days…

We had a great time at the Lodge. We loved our server, Lacey. She was so kind and even helped us with something upon arrival. Robert in maintenance was thoughtful too. He treated us with respect and went out of his way to make us feel at home. The room was clean and the view was beautiful. We had a wonderful time. I would definitely recommend staying here for your next trip or "staycation".
